Jonathan Adams (1728 - 1813) and Submit Farwell (b.1733) are my 6th great grandparents, Jonathan Adams (1759 - 1843) and Elizabeth Gary (1764 - 1849) are my 5th great grandparents, and their daughter Betsey Adams (b.1783/85) and Phinehas Dunsmoor (b.ca 1781) are my 4th great grandparents.I am listing a line here from the Emerson line>Damon>Holden>Geary>Adams>Dunsmoor to present, but I am very interested in any information about Jonathan's wife, Submit Farwell Adams.I cannot seem to locate her parents or family, and know very little about her.
Also, many years ago I confused Betsey Whiting Adams with Betsey Adams Dunsmoor, and wondered if anyone in our genforum has information about Betsey Adams, aughter of Jonathan Adams and Elizabeth Gary.Is there any connection between our Adams family and that of President John or President John Quincy Adams?I see geographic similarities, but would appreciate any information anyone may have on this line.My Adams lineage for this particular line begins with #6:

Some of my dates and locations still need work, and if you have anyting to add, I would very appreciate hearing from you. Also, if anyone has any "in-depth" information on some of the Adams, and especially Submit Adams, I would love to hear that too. For anyone in this family who goes down as far as the Moshers, I have the Mayflower lineage through the Hathaways up to Francis and John Cooke. Just let me know, and I'll be glad to send it to you.
Hope to hear from you soon.
All the best,
