CARL, HERE IS THE INFORMATION I HAVE ON THOMAS GREEN. THIS IS TAKEN FROM A BOOK WRITTEN ABOUT THE JAMES ADAMS LINE BY A CHLOE ADAMS WHITEHEAD. "He ws afflicted in youth and his mind was bad after he came back from the war to Elbert or Hart Co., there he married a fine looking woman. She had twin boys, he(Thomas) came to my father's and lost all energy, was taken to the hospital for treatment. The family had no idea we would hear any more of Thomas Green Adams, but in 1979 Mrs. Coda Horne, greatgranddaughter of Thomas and Katie sent information. Twin boys: George Adams (no further information on him) James Madison Dillard Adams Born 1863- died 1924. Carl I do not know how much information you have on Thomas' family but there were 15 children born to James and Frances. My greatgrandfather was Thomas' brother John Jefferson. Some of the family stayed in the Georgia area while others went to Arkansas around Civil War times and other areas west. Hope this helps alittle. Reply back to the genforum if there is anything else I can help with. Lettie.
