Hi Gia! Looks like we are researching the same line. My situation is a little strange. My GGrandmother lived with Harrison Adams in Bath, Maine in 1920. In the 1920 census she is listed as his "housekeeper", although I have reason to believe that she did a little more than keep house.
During that time Harrison Adams had 4 boys at home. Carlton Goodwin, Henry D., Joseph William and Nathaniel Winfield.Harrison and my GGrandmother had a child in 1919 and I have reason to believe that my Grandmother, who was born in 1920, was his as well.
I have just started to research this line and am looking for existing Adams Family members that may remember some of the people mentioned above.
My line goes like this: Harrison Adams b. 1858 Nathaniel Adams b. 1806 Richard Adams b. 1777 John Adams b. 1756 Nathan Adams b. 1711
Now from here I get confused...
I have Thomas b. 1645 (married to Hannah Parker who is supposedly the daughter of John Parker and "Daughter of Samuel Adams")
Now in the same family line is: Samuel Adams b. 1650 Samuel Adams II b. 1700 and Peggy.
I have tried to figure out the deal with where the lines get mixed up and my brain starts hurting!I hope you can shed some light on this for me.
By the way, my GGrandmother was a Pinkham and I have some info...What line are you from?
