Don't think that Laodecia in Neb. is related.Appears my Adams stayed in GA.
My problem is there are too many Benjamins, Williams, Johns, etc.living close to each other.
David Adams was a Rev. War soldier. Most of his family was in Putnam Co., GA., but mine moved on to Pike Co. GA which is west of Putnam.
Henry Adams (sp. of Laodecia) died in 1836.The letters of admn. were filed 14 Oct. 1836 in Warren Co., GA w/Laodecia as Exec. and John (eldest ch.) and Sarah Ann as Sec.In Jan 1836 Mary Ann and Benj. F. Adams (orphans of Adams, Henry (dec.) made choice of Cody, Robert D. as guardian;William L. and Celia Adams (orphans of Henry A.) made choice of Hall, James as their guardian
According to 1850 Census (Upson Co. GA), Benjamin was born c. 1818, Laodecia b. c. 1793, and the youngest James 1830.
As I said, the confusion from so many similar names sometimes makes it difficult. It would be great if you found some info about Henry and Laodecia.
