my gggg grandfather married ritter blankenship daughter of thomas + mary who had moved t o s. carolina from vir. she died dec 28 1835 at age 69. year of his death unknown. 2 sons died early in life. the other 3 are james jr. 1803-1872sarah 1806-1883 john j. 1808-1891 . hope that helps you
