On page 37 in the 1860 Duval Co., FL census you will find: Eliah E. Adams35 Martha E.31 Wileby13 Wright A.11 Didanne9 Infant not named4/12 All born in Georgia except the infant. Either the census taker got it wrong, or the mother remarried another Adams.The eldest son Willoughby owned a meat store in Jacksonville.He and his second wife, Jessie Burgess b.1870 in GA moved to Chattanooga with their children cir. 1903. According to cemetery records, Wright A Adams was interred March 1920, and another Wright A Adams was interred September 1923.No markers on any grave except for that of Willoughby's first wife Annie ? who died September 1886.Two other plots in the lot are occupied by Charles Frank Adams (April 1927) and Victoria Adams (July 1938).Five plots remain empty.I have not researched this family as it is only a related line.If you want what documentation I have, please let me know.
