I just recently started the research into the Adcock side of my family and i was shocked to see familiar names on this site. what i have is notes from my grandmother, Goldia Mae Adcock Onstot(1888-1963). The notes she left have names but many of the dates are not there, so i would be very interested in putting dates w/ these names. This is what she has listed:
John Adcock immigrated from England married "Miss" Carter settled in Buckingham, Va. Children:John, Carter, Edward, Henry, Joseph, Phoebe (who was abducted by an Indian and made her his wife).
John's son Joseph married Susan Cason from Prince Ed, Va. Children: John, Millie, Samuel, Phoebe, Elizabeth, Joel, Susan, Nancy, Lucy, Edmund, Poly, Henry, and Cason.
Joseph's son Henry's 1st wife was my 3rd Great Grandmother, Theodocia Billips. They had 1 son, Joseph Cason born 4 Feb 1832. Theodocia died 16 days later. Henry remarried, Jane Ingersoll in Sept. 1834.
Joseph Cason Adcock lived with or near my grandmother until his death when she was 27 years old. I have a copy of his death certificate!
Does this info coincide w/ what you have? Would it be possible for me to get a copy of your booklet for my Adcock stash?
