Under the Individual Record for a James Jefferson Adcock, I found the following:

It did list his parents as George Franklin Adcock and Mary Salina McClintock.

As far as finding her parents I can only suggest that perhaps the funeral home or a copy of her death certificate might perhaps list them and that would give you a little bit more information.
