IA died of disease in the Civil War leaving widow Phebe A. and child Branson L.John sold the homeplace 26 Aug 1859 plus another tract to William Carter.The deed show John's wife as Saba Ann, but in other deeds she is listed as Sabra or Sabrah.Charles may have married Elizabeth Hunt 10 Feb 1825 Wayne Co., IN.One deed in Hancock Co. shows wife as Elizabeth.Silas may have married Polly Davis 17 Nov 1828 Wayne Co., IN. Delila may have married James Smith 1 Apr 1819 Wayne Co., IN.Morgan may have married Jane Mendenhall 12 Sep 1822 Wayne Co., IN.Don't know about Betsy, Eliza, and Mary yet, but still think that Rebecca m. James Walker.
