Thanks so much for your information.It has given me a direction to go in.My husband is descended through Frances,the daughter of Joseph and Anne Harris Adkins. Frances married Stephen Harvard in Washington County, Georgia.Her brother William came to Dooly County, Georgia and settled there along with the Harvards.He is the father of Joseph Echols Adkins who I previously mentioned in the Lois Adkins update.Do you have any information on the family of Anne Harris.I would be glad to exchange information with you.How are you descended?
I have that Joseph was the son of John Adkins ( b. 1743-1786 Virginia)and his wife, Anne. Joseph died in 1845 in Georgia. Other siblings of Joseph were William, Sarah, Molly, John Thomas, and Daniel.Am anxious is hear from you. Doris Davies
