Atkison, Thomas: Leg.-Plantation I now live-- below mouth of Jones Hole Creek or Swamp - to Wife, Mary. My other plantation with all the land to my son, Thomas Atkison, and his heirs to be delivered when he is 21, horse, etc. To daughter, Mary, a negro, if no heirs to my daughter, Elizabeth and her heirs.
