I am searching for James M. Adkin, born about 1832.He was married to Dorattia Wingfield.He was born in Pittsylvania County, Virginia.I have the following children for them:
Mary Alice, born Sept 18, 1856, Roxie, Susie James, M.B. born Sept 2 1869, Octavia Eleanor, Ann Eliza, Henry M., Rebecca, Emma, Mary, Iris, Viola, and Parthenia.Mary Alice married John Henry Stegall.They had a daughter named
Sally Stegall.She looked a lot like an Indian.
