"....p.49 1 July 1745 CHARLES CAYCE of County & Parish of Henrico, to William Frayser of same, for L28, land in same parish on north side James River, being plantation where Cayce now lives, 100 acres, next to Phillemon Frayser, JOSEPH ADKINS and William Frayser. Tract belonged to JOHN CHILDERS and was made over to John Bryant who sold it to said Cayce.

Fannie Frayser 1st m. Price. 2nd m. George Keesee son of Charles. Fannie was the d/o William Frayser.
