Thanks for the confirmation. I have no close connection to William Tolbert Adkins or Martha Ann Adkins on the Adkins side of my family. However, Mary Jane Toney (the mother of Martha Ann Adkins)was the sister of my great-grandmother, Elizabeth Margaret Toney.
