Hi Keith,
Cyril was a family name in my part of the family. My grand father was Hubert Cyril Adlam and My Father was Roy Cyril Adlam. based in Lymington hants. I believe my great grandfather was thomas but not sure , his brother was Edwrd Adlam , both of them died in the first world war and detail of their deaths can be found onthe war graves commision website.
