Dear Joy,
Just saw your post. The name is not familiar to me. Patrick Henry Fore died in 1900 and she would not have been one of his children. His parents were Stephen C. Fore and Harriet Mickle. I do not have all of their children, so it may be from that line. Stephen also had brothers in that area.
