Okay, I can give you what I’ve got, but I don’t know how much it will help.
First of all, the last name you have of DeSage is probably DesAges.
The Mary Elizabeth AGEE/AGAR that I have was married to Jean Pierre (Peter) FAURE (b. 1675 in France, d. abt 1744 in King William, Goochland, VA).She was born abt 1675/1677 in France, and died abt 1709 in VA.I do not have parents listed for her, but there was only one main AGEE family in Goochland. The patriarch of that family was Mathieu AGEE whose father is given as Anthony or Antoine AGEE of France (md. Judith CHASTAIN).That is as far as my AGEE line goes back, so the name of Julian Desages is new to me.
Anyway, Mary Elizabeth was probably related to Mathieu AGEE. Mathieu Agee, born circa 1670 in Nantes, France arrived in Virginia in 1690, apparently as a Huguenot refugee. He received a land grant and established a plantation located about seven miles from the town of Manakin,VA, where the Huguenots founded a church. He was married to Ann Godwin. They had four children. Two of the children James and Anthony each had twelve children of their own. Most, if not all, of the Agee population in the United States can trace their ancestry to these two sons of Mathieu (contact Atkinsmail@aol.com about this line).
It appears by my records that Mary Elizabeth AGEE and Jean Pierre FAURE came to America around 1705, perhaps also as Huguenot refugees…although that is speculation.I have that some of their children were born in France while some were born in VA.I have their children as:
1. Daniel FAURE, b. 1701, France
2. Jean (John) FAURE, b. abt 1698/1701, France
3. Pierre FAURE, b. 1706, France
4. Jean FAURE, b. 1706, France
5. Jacques (James) FAURE, b. 1708/1709, Manakin, Goochland, VA, md. Ann Elizabeth BONDURANT
6. Mary FAURE, b. 1710, France
7. Judith FAURE, b. 1712, France
That’s all I have on their children.
As for your Sarah Sally AGEE (no birth information), I have her married abt 1766 in VA to Jacques (James) FAURE, born March 17, 1742/1743 in Manakin, Goochland, VA.Jacques was the son of Jacques (James) FAURE/FORD (b. 1708/1709, in Manakin, VA) and Ann Elizabeth BONDURANT (b. 1712/1714, in Manakin, Goochland, VA), and the grandson of the above Jean Pierre FAURE and Mary Elizabeth AGEE.I know nothing of the descendancy of Sarah Sally AGEE.But I do have that this Jacques James FAURE also married a Sally BURIT, although the marriage date is also estimated at 1766.I have no children at all for Jacques James FAURE…probably only because he isn’t my direct line.
As for Renault’s, there are Re’Naults up the CHASTAIN line, but nothing that I have indicates marriage into the FAURE line, not that that means there isn’t any…I just don’t have it.I show no Bingli’s.
I don't know how much this helps. If I have something wrong, though, that you know of, please let me know! And good luck with the searching!
