in exchange for the lands of Garthlery, Halfmark, Castle of Innermessan yards and woods thereof presently possessed by Mrs MackCulloch [McCulloch] and other pieces of land there, wods in the mains of Murestone, lands of Camerzean, Auchrocher, Kirkland and several (named) crofts, in the parish of Inch;
with lands of Ayn and Cordrain formerly pertaining to said Earl (of Stair) and held by him and his predecessors immediately of said Sir James AGNEW and Captain Andrew AGNEW in feu, lying in parish of KIRKMAIDEN (Wigtownshire, Scotland).
