I have confirmation that Benjamin Aikey was one of Lewis Aikey (born in 1789) sons through Wills between his children that confirm he was a brother. I have ten children for this Lewis Aikey that myself and another Aikey researcher have pieced together.

In the Orphan's Court Records, dated September 15, 1862, It quotes Lewis's surviving children, " to wit: Robert, Benjamin, William, Sarah intermarried to Alexander McDowell, Thompson, Lewis, Jacob, George, and the issue of two children deceased before him, to wit, the children of Adam are Robert, Martin, Samuel, and Peter, and the children of Fanny who was intermarried to Abraham Frantz are Sarah, William, McKinney, and Mary Jane, and Louisa, and Rachel."

Last name of Frantz is actually Francis. Lewis' daughter Fanny is buried to his left and McKinney (her son) is buried to his right. The last name on the tombstones are "Francis" not Frantz.

I am a direct descendant through Benjamin's son, Lewis A. Aikey who married Chariety Almeda Miles.

I do have extensive information on the Aikey line back to Lewis Aikey (1789) if you would like have it....
