Thank you Jayne. You will be in Ainsdale,by now I suspect, and I hope Harry was able to contact you,as I passed on your details, and I also sent to him some photos to print out to show you,as he was hoping to meet you. I visited him in Formby last yr,and perhaps I will get again,as I hope to visit L.Pool the w.e.Oct 12th I also met Josephine, and we had such a lovely afternoon, and she wants to see me again. John Tickle and his wife were in the West country and popped over to have lunch. His help to Josie,Harry (William Henry) and myself has been invaluable, and I fear we were of little help to him,in tracing the Lancs roots of the 'Tickle dynasty",however there was a 'Tickle 'who was best man at Ann Aindow's sons wedding to my grandfather in 1888,and another one way back, down the Aindow line. This genealogy is compulsive stuff, isn't it?but one has to juggle with other priorities too.It has all been a great joy to me personally, anyway. Our Aindow descendant who came from Bermuda, had to return prematurely,as his holiday was somewhat spoiled by a hurricane hitting the island with full force. They had departed to England so missed the crisis, but there are damaged properties to see to..well,'thanks again, and every blessing to you and yours,Beryl.
