Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to the forum.I've been a little preoccupied with my recent engagement. *Yah!*
It's great to know how my J.R. Bowen fits into the family.I was looking through the 1900 census records a few weeks ago and came across Elizabeth Ainsworth who was widowed and living with her son Isaac C. Ainsworth who was also widowed. She was listed as mother of 10 children of which 2 were still alive at that time.I figured this was the wife of James Taylor in that line since the dates I had matched.I only have seven children listed for her so I wonder if she didn't have 3 more with Mr. Cassidy?
I also recently found out that J.R. Bowen Ainsworth's sister Oda Elizabeth married my great-grandmother's (J.R.'s wife's) brother, Alvin Franklin Jameson.
