I appreciate your reply. I have recently found the following information from inside the cover of: "The Abdictation of King Edward VIII" by Lord Beaverbrook
Lord Beaverbrook was born William Maxwell Aitken in 1879 in Maple, Ontario, Canada. He was one of ten children of a Presbyterian Minister. He grew up in New Brunswick, where he briefly studied law, sold insuance, ran a bowling alley, and worked in the meat business. By the age of thirty he had amasseda fortune as a wizardin corporate finance by promoting industrial mergers in steel, electric power, cement, and other industries. He settled in England in 1910 and successfully ran for Parliment as a Conservative. Six years later he was elevated to the House of Lords as the first Baron Beaverbrook. That year he bought control of the Daily Express, which under his supervision, grew from a circulation of 229,000 to over four million. He later acquired The Sunday Express, London Evening Standard, and Glasgow Evening Citizen.
I had also read somewhere that Lord Beaverbrook had an American relative, Roger Aitken. Do you have any additional info on his Siblings, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and/or Grandparents.
