Chelsea Richard Aker/ Minnie Michelle Langerderfer

These are the parents of my husband's father, Arthur Frank Aker.They had three other children, John, Helen, and Fred. My father-in-law was in the Dayton, Ohio area and worked at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.Can anyone help with more information about this family? Thanks
