Hi there!....I'm not sure if it is available for purchase or not. However, there is reference to Doyle Akers of Denison, TX as the compiler. Also, if memory serves, I believe he mentions something about 3.5 floppy disks with data references and text. Maybe you should call the Denver Public Library Geneology Department and ask for a reference librarian to track it down (it's in the 973.'s I think)and they will read to you the Introduction which mentions getting additional info on the book.
