Albright, Henry, Pvt Co D; drafted June 3, 1864; discharged May 26, 1865; born @1821/22 [?]; died 1906; a farmer from Larimer Township, Somerset County; 5' 7", dark hair, gray eyes; received two shell wounds in the left hip and groin area, the first at Harpers Ferry September 2, 1864, when a comrade threw a shell on the fire and the second at 3rd Winchester; probably suffered kidney or bladder damage; mustered out at Satterlee Hospital, Philadelphia; illiterate; mess mate of Edward Bittner and Peter Shoemaker, also of Somerset County; married ? but she died; remarried Catherine Hochstle [?]; children: Nancy (b. 06/08/50) and Elizabeth (b. 03/07/53); COULD THIS BE HENRY HARRISON ALBRIGHT WHO MARRIED CATHERINE HOSTETLER IN 1830 IN SOMERSET AND WAS BORN IN 1801???(FOUND ON L.D.S.)
