Thank you for the info on John L. Albritton. Yes, it is the indivdual I was searching. Here is some additional info that I have found:
John Lewis Albritton b. May 9, 1846 Americus, Sumter Co., GA, m. Ella Jay Vurgason, dau. of Nathan Albert and Isis (Manchester) Vurgason May 19, 1913 in Hillsborough Co., FL.John d. Aug. 11, 1939, age 93, residing in Apopka, Orange Co, FL at time of death and listed in funeral records as a retired lawyer.He and Ella are buried in the Confederate Soldiers section of Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando, FL. In the 1910 U.S. Census John is listed as living in 27 Main Street, Bartown Town, Polk Co. FL, single, age 62, a boarder with the occupation of Agent Real Estate.As you can see, he was quite old when he married while Ella was in her late 40's also never married before.
In 1920 U.S. Census John is 72 Agent Real Estate with Ella 50.Also living with them was Ella's father, Nathan 89.John's father was listed as being born in NC while his mother was GA.
John served in the Co. G 2nd GA Cav on the Conferate side in the Civil War.
