Marvin, I found Rhoda Alday listed in the 1850 Baker County, Georgia census living in the household of R.W. Alday. She was listed as 70 years old, born in N.C..That would have made her be born in 1780.Benjamin was not in the household with her, which makes me believe that he died prior to 1850.Somewhere I had been told or I read that he died in Alabama and his widow and some of his children came back to Georgia while others moved on to Mississippi.R.W. (Redmond Wilburn) Alday, listed as being born in 1822, later went to Texas.James Alday also appears in the household of R.W. Alday listed as his brother and being born in 1812.Benjamin Alday, Jr. and his wife Sarah are listed in the Baker County census with their children who are listed as being born in Alabama.Littleberry, Martha, and children are in Baker County in 1850, also. Their children and Daniel's children are listed as being born in Georgia.
