Javier, When I was a kid an older cousin of mine told me that we were misspelling our name and that it had two "t"s and that our great grandfather had come from Canada, and that we were of French-Canadian decent. So, since I was small I started adding the extra "t".When I had my children I put the extra "t" in their names. When I lived in Louisiana some people down there told me the name was French-Canadian.Maybe we were in the group of people then ran off from Canada and they put in the swamps in Lousiana. When I lived in Louisiana I felt at home and I really enjoyed the Cajun people.
Anyway, like I said, when I was small I was told that by a cousin that he had done some geneology and that's why I did it.
By anyway, I ran across the name on the computer and I thought I would just write that information in.
I know my dad's uncles lived in Albuquerque. One of his uncles, Rosendo Alderete, was 97 years old when he passed away in the 70s, another uncle, Filomeno, was 95 when he passed away also in the 70s, and they had a siste Petra, she was 93 when she passed away.My grandfather, Placido, was very young when he passed away.
Thought I would just give this information and maybe someone might read it and they've come across some info.
