I saw that you have Elizabeth Alexander married to William Horner. I have, also in OH, a generation before these, a William Alexander b.1797 in Ireland married to Elizabeth Horner b. 1797 in NJ. But they were living in, and both died in 1879 in Washington county, OH. I checked and they did have a daughter Elizabeth but she was born in 1837. Although I'm wondering if there wasn't some kind of family connection here, seems pretty likely the families might of know each other earlier than your connection. My line had a daughter Mary Ann who married ? Peoples who passed away between the 1840 and 1850 census. Mary Ann and her two daughters, Rebecca and Martha Peoples, were living with Robert and Elizabeth Alexander in 1850. Mary Ann later married William Henry Baker in 1856 in Athens OH.
