Jennifer
I have lately spoken with a friend named Paul Alexander and he told me about a nephew, Brent doing DNA and that his line came down from North Carolina and Tennessee and that the DNA discovered some New York ancestry. From an inquiry about Brent's linage, I was given the linage chart for Brent and noted that his furtherest ancestor known was Isaac Alexander born about 1789 in NC and then in Wilson Co.TN.Have you seen Sassytazzy's website on Alexanders? Her Ezekiel Alexander b. 1754 moved from Mecklenburg to Wilson Co.TN. He was youngest brother to the famous Hezekiah.I understand that DNA does show that we are definitely cousins. My line is down from James Alexander, weaver of New Munster, Cecil Co. Md, his son David the weaver and his son Ezekiel Alexander Sr. ....and Jr. of Mecklenburg.

I wondered if you had been able to make the connection with Cecil County or Mecklenburg Alexanders?
