Re: Ralph Alexander Born abt 1800 in OH to Indiana to Illinois ***update

I found out a little more info on this line. Particularly that Ralph was married in Indiana and had his first couple of children there. Meaning he lived in Indiana for a period of time in the early 1800's.


I am trying to find any info on this family line. If I am searching correctly, then I am able to get as far back as Ralph Alexander. I can't seem to find any records or info on who his parents or siblings are.

Ralph Alexander b. roughly 1795 in Ohio possibly Highlands County. He married to Elizabeth Fields in 1821 in Franklin,Indiana. He moved to Illinois by 1829. He dies in Brown, Illinois June 13, 1847.

His children are:
Thomas Matthew Alexander 1821 in Indiana, died 1880,
Milton Alexander b.1826 in Indiana,
Wesley Everett Alexander 1827 in Indiana, died 1862,
Minerva Alexander b. 1832 in Illinois
Rachael Alexander b. 1834 in Illinois
James P. Alexander b. 1836 in Illinois
John Pigot Alexander 1838-1921 in Illinois
Mary E. Alexander b. 1842 in Illinois
Salinda Alexander b. 1844 in Illinois
