My great grandfather, Carnes Baldwin migrated to Texas about 1850,to Cherokee Co. Tx. Most of the graves are in the Larissa cemetery. I have Elias Rufus Alexander, born Aug 13 1834, died Oct 11 1920 in Jacksonville, Tx. married to Sophronia Ewing born July 6 1835, died Aug. 6 1905 in Jacksonville.I have as children Melvin P. Alexander andSophia Alexander Dixon. Melvin's wife was Bernice Lewis and children Reginald, Florine and Bernice.Where do you fit into the picture?Do you live in Texas?
