I have been checking all the Alexander queries in Decatur, Dearborn, and Ripley Co, IN as of late. So, far not many have been interested in that part of the country.
I am related to a big family of Alexander's who were in this area in the late 1800's.I am learning that some of the 11 children from 2 marriages also had big families.
Anyway, I have chatted with 2 other Alexander researchers and 1 of them has a Redwald Franklin Alexander who m. Susan Kirby. His father was George Washington Alexander his mother was (I think) Jane C.C. Manlief, his grandfather was John Rigby Alexander and his grandmother was Dorothea (Dolly) Foster.
But there were other children who could have been the father of this Franklin Alexander.Or, it is possible, he is not connected to my Alexander's.I am still piecing the family together. You can look at my other posts on this board to see the outline of the family.
