We must be cousins!Benjamin Alexander (who married Eleanor Crawford in Effingham County) is also my 3rd great-grandfather.His son Benjamin, who married Mary Elizabeth Tippins, is my 2nd great-grandfather.Their son, Charles Jefferson, is my great-grandfather.My grandfather, Allen Lovett Alexander, was probably named for your ancestor.After him, there are at least 4 other Allens in my family.I have information on the descendants of Charles Jefferson, especially through Allen Lovett, and will gladly trade for any additional information you may have.
