Hello.I am trying to find connections to my Gx4 Grandfather Philip ALEXANDER.I know nothing of his birth, but do believe he is the same gentleman who died in 1794 in Kent Co. DE.He is said to have served in the Rev. War, but I can find no record of him.I have followed the ALEXANDER lines of VT and Woburn MA, but don't believe they connect with my family.Philip above had a son David, poss. my Gx3 Grandfather b. 1789 DE d. 1845 Wayne Co. IL.m. Elizabeth CUNNINGHAM in 1816 Ross Co. OH.Philip may also have had a dau. Rachel near the age of David.I have seen reference to a Philip ALEXANDER having served upon the ship The Silver Eel going from Nova Scotia to Boston transporting prisoners during the Rev. War, but nothing other than that.Lots of Philip ALEXANDERs in VA, but none match up.Any clues will be appreciated.
