I was searching for Alfords in the Rev. War Pension records and other related books and did run across Julius Caeser Alford m. Rebecca Jackson. Also try the DAR lineages, it might be there that I saw it.My part of the family came from Simsbury, CT, there were a lot of Alfords in CT.
