For all researching ALFREY genealogy, I'd like to refer you to the Alfrey Family eGroup .
Our 70 members hail from the United States, Canada, England, New Zealand and Australia and are all related in one way or another to the Alfrey, Allfree, Alphrey, Alfery, Alfry, Aulfrey, etc.
In the interest of its members, the group is limited to those with Alfrey/Alfry/Allfrey/Alfree/Aulphrey/etc. in their ancestry (directly or extended by marriage).Though we are primarily genealogically oriented, membership in our group brings with it the possibility of 'meeting' and sharing with extended family.
Should you elect to join us, please keep in mind that you will be given several options:
*the convenience of being able to read and send messages at one's leisure while not *having one's email box fill up - a handy option for people who receive alot of email, *people going on vacation, and people who don't have an intense interest but still *would like to be included (offered by online access only), *receiving messages as soon as they are posted (offered by individual emails), *receiving a day's worth of messages all bundled together (offered by daily digest), and/or *the simple convenience accessing the group from any computer (offered by all options).
You will be able to change these options anytime at your own leisure, as often as you like.
I invite you to post and answer inquiries as often as you would like. The more participation, the better!
If you'd like to become a member, just send me an email containing general information about your connection with the Alfrey family and I'll add your name to the subscription list. We'd love for you to join us!
