Leroy and Mary Francis Petit Alger

My G/G grandparents were Leroy and Mary Frances Petit Alger. Mary Frances was born in 1852 and died in 1937. I do not know Leroy's date of birth or death.I am trying to make a connection from Leroy to previous generations. I would appreciate any information.
