REGINALD LEROY ALLDREDGE was born in Leon, Iowa, April l0, l905, and died at the home of his parents, MR. and MRS. J.H. ALLDREDGE, at Leon, Iowa, October l0, l9l8, aged l3 years and six months, death resulting from pneumonia of only six days duration.
REGINALD was at the time of his death, a student in the Leon High School and a member of the sophomore class, every one of whom will feel his loss.His ambition was to make good in the world and was well on the road to success when the summons came.
He was a boy of good habits and pleasant disposition and greeted everyone with a smile; his friends were numbered by his acquaintances.The funeral services were conducted at the home on Sunday at 2:30 o'clock, October l3, by Rev. Henry Esch, assisted by Rev. Grover C. Flannery, Pastor of the Leon Christian Church.Interment was in the Leon Cemetery.Pall bearers were selected from his schoolmates.The floral tributes were many and beautiful.He leaves to mourn his loss, his father and mother and one sister, LILLIAN, aged three years, besides two grandfathers, one grandmother and a host of other relatives and friends.
