Talcott B. Allen b. abt. 1790, d. 11 Feb., 1824 in Elba, Genesee Co., NY (b. & d. from affidavits in his War of 1812 pension file, and from his grave stone in Pinehill Cem., Village of Elba, Genesee Co., NY,m. 20 Oct., 1812 in Schoharie, Schoharie Co., NY (as per his pension file) to Lucy Rice, dau. of William Rice (War of 1812) and Lucy Warner. Talcott was probably in Greenbush, Rensselaer Co., NY by 1810, to Elba Twp., Genesee Co., NY by 1820 (census). Had child: Lucy m. Edward Firster/Ferster; Lucretia m. Erastus Knickerbocker in York Twp., Washtenaw Co., MI in 1840.
Served in Farnham's 129 reg't, NY militia.
