Re: William ALLEN & daughter RACHAEL, of AL

The family I am researching is William ALLEN m. Ann MOSLEY. Known children, all of whom I belive were born in Pike Co., AL were: Amanda b. about 1846, Daniel Washington b. April 13, 1854 (m. Josephine GRANTHAM), Jessie Lou, Thomas Jackson, Rachael (*my ancestress, b. about), Annie, Louis, and Berta. The names you mentioned sound familiar, and I believe I have them somewhere in my paper files. At present I am working away from home so do not have access to these.
