Please help me find my mother's grandmother(in time for my mother's 95th birthday).Frances Rebecca Allen was born in South Carolina,later lived in Cass, Cherokee, and Polk Counties in Georgia. She had at least 5 Children, by at least two husbands,(Cook and Young) was married at least a third time to H. McElhaney in Cherokee Co. Alabama.Somebody knows about her. Where in South Carolina, was she born? Was she married that first time there?
