Dave,
I agree 100% that this is the most secretive family. I am trying to track down my great-grandfather, William Allen. He was born in Kentucky around 1825. My grandfather, Newbern Allen,was born in Clarinda, Iowa in 1865. The other children were born in Missouri, starting in 1866. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
