Paul, The William Allen will is from Jackson County, which is right next door to Banks County. The letter that I have was written to Allendale, GA postoffice which is in present day Banks County.I am 99.9% sure that this is the one you're looking for. There is a Wynn Cemetery that some of the Allens are buried at in Banks County which is off Wynn Lake Road after the sharp curve. The Allen cemetery is about 5 miles from the courthouse off Yonah Homer Road on the left just beyond the 1st. bridge on the Hill, go north on Grant Mill Rd. in the Wilson Shoals Wildlife Management area, as the road crosses the Hudson River look for a large magnolia tree on the east side of the road, it's about 100 yds NE of the river crossing.James Allan Sr. is laid to rest there.
