Do you know a 1936 Harvard Grad I have a diploma

My father came across a Harvard diploma in a junk store in Jellico, Campbell Co., TN.It is written in what I believe is Latin.The name on the diploma is Radulphum Earl Allen.I believe the first name may be Randolph but that is just speculation.The year on the diploma is 1936.Would like to get it to a family member.If you recognize this person let me know either here or at my home address browneyes37757@yahoo.comHope this information helps someone
