I'm still tracking thru your postings that would connect to my lines too.My Beasley info begins with:

John Pitts Beasley b-abt. 1739 Amelia Co. VA d-MArch 18, 1791 Warren Co. NC or Rutherford Co. TN m-Elizabeth Barnett & my line travels thru their son Pitts Beasley b-abt. 1764 Warren Co NC or VA d-after 1850 census m-2nd wife 1818 Martha Holt b-abt. 1800 SC or VA (his first wife was Martha Acree).
Their daughter, Mariah (or Meriah) Belle Beasley was the 1st wife of William Burnett & they had 4 children, before she died.On her deathbed, she asked her sister Narcissa to marry her husband & raise her children.Narcissa did & she & William had one daughter, who was born about 4 mo. after the death of William.
William & Mariah's children were:my g-g-grandfather, James Richardson Burnett m-1st Frances Ann Terr& 2nd Sarah Justina McMurtry; Martha Ann m-Robert F. Miller; Rebecca Jane m-William Henry Scott; Levi T. Burnett m-Nancy C. Beasley (niece of Mariah & Narcissa & daughter of their brother James Berryman Beasley/Sarah A. Burns)
William & Narcissa's daughter was Louisa Adelaide Burnett who married Charles Henry Creciat & moved to Los Angeles from Nashville abt. 1882.VERY interesting family line!I'm in contact with many of them. There are no longer any living male Creciats, but one g-granddaughter still carries the family name.
Enough for this posting! Bobbi Harrison, your 6th cousin Puyallup, WA
