This is a bit of a long-shot, but the names Sina and Amasa seem to be unique enough I thought I would ask if you know if any of these Allens moved to Maryland around 1800. I have alot of info on the Prince George's County (MD) Allen's, but not where the came from before MD. I have a Marceline Allen (refered to as Masa) (b. 1796 d. after 1870) and an Ida Sino Allen (1868-1955). I'm hoping that there might be family tradition of retaining these names even though I know that Masa and Sino were female and Sina and Amasa were probably male.
