I am trying to determine who Wilbur S. ALLEN is that married Julia F. CHANDLER.They are buried at Woodlawn Cemetery in Freeport, Maine. It appears that Julia is a child of Edward Chandler and Almira Webster from the cemetery records.I am thinking that one of these or both must be a relative because among my Nana's things when she passed were 2 very small religious cards that appear to be very old.One is of a Christmas Hymn that was printed in Glasgow, Scotland, the other a lovely little card with two white lambs and the picture is in color and the verse from Isaiah 55:5 is printed on it. On the back side of each of these cards is the name written in cursive writing in pencil, Julia F. Chandler. One one of them up in the tip top left hand corner are what appears to be the initials M. A. W. or M. A. M. Since my family are Moody's, Coffin's, Bibber's, etc. etc. all from the Freeport area of Cumberland Co., Maine, I am thinking that in order for my grandmother to have had this, Julia must have been a relative.I have several relatives buried at Woodlawn Cemetery as well, so my reasons for trying to find out more about Julia and Wilbur S. Allen are because I do believe they are relatives too.
If anyone can help me with this, I would be most greatful. I have left a message at the Chandler page as well. Thank you for anything at all.
