I can't tell you who submitted the sample for testing, but maybe this will help you get a little closer to the line.
The Lightning Ridge Cemetery Association has this information.
Buried in Lightning Ridge Cemetery, Roff, Pontotoc County, Oklahoma are these:
ALLEN, (Lester) Mack -- Oct. 2, 1888 - Oct. 24, 1960. He was born in Tennessee, the son of Mack Allen. In 1913 at Ada, Oklahoma he married Ola. S. Scofield.
ALLEN, Ola (S.) -- Feb. 15, 1895 - Mar. 16, 1987. Born in Texas, she was the daughter of Sam and Ida (Hicks) Scofield. She married Lester Mack Allen.
Mack Allen's WWI draft card in Pontotoc Co., OK shows him born 2 Oct 1890 in Gainesboro, TN with wife and one child, working on the farm of R.W. Allen. (Gainesboro is in Jackson Co., TN)
I believe him to have been the son of Rufus Wiley Allen Jr. and Lee Ann Morgan of Jackson Co., TN, who were in Ada, Pontotoc Co., OK from at least 1910-1930.If this Lester Mack Allen is indeed the son of Rufus Wiley Allen Jr and Lee Ann Morgan, then his line is from Duke Allen and Sally Langford of Greenville Co., SC and Jackson Co., TN.
