I Don't know if you have this information, but if not, it might help:
Elizabeth Allen b. 1795 NC
married James Bagley who was born 1791 NC They were married 1813 GA
GEORGIA MARRIAGE RECORDS ON ANCESTRY.COM:
married 4 Mar 1813 Franklin County, GA
LDS/FAMIY SEARCH WEB SITE: James Bagley was b. @ 1791 Hillsborough, Wake Co, NC d. @ 1815 Franklin County, Ga
So I would assume he is buried there and not body returned to NC Also would hope his widow stayed on in Franklin County and is buried there. It would be good to us USGENWEB and GEORGIA and FRANKLIN COUNTY and see if you can find a cemetery for the Bagleys (and thus Elizabeth Allen Bagley). Her tombstone might give her date of death. If Allens are buried there - you might find Benjamin's (her father) tomb as well.
That is all the info I found so far - This is not my line, as I was tracing BAKER surname in Franklin County, Georgia. They came down from Lincoln Co, NC to Franklin Co, and then moved to Fulton/Campbell Co in early 1800's as part of Cherokee Land Grant. They settled west of what is now Atlanta.
Hope that your find more information about the Allen family. I have Allens but they were from England>MA>CT>VT>WI>Iowa and beyond. finally marrying into the Bakers of Georgia.
